Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role will shape the region&aposs commercial strategy, elevate partner performance (franchise, wholesale, distributor, B2B2C), and drive sustainable growth across Asia. It offers both immediate impact and long-term career progression within a global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy across direct-to-consumer (direct retail, company-owned) and partner-led (franchise, wholesale, distributor, B2B2C) markets
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales organisation, embedding consistency and accountability
- Strengthen partner relationships to drive retail excellence, optimise investments, and accelerate growth
- Unlock new market opportunities while delivering strong and sustainable commercial results
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations to enable execution
Key Requirements
- Over years 15 years of experience in consumer, lifestyle, or adjacent retail sectors
- Demonstrated success managing both direct-to-consumer and partner-led markets across Asia
- Proven track record in P&L ownership, balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational delivery
- Experience building and scaling regional teams in fast-growth, performance-driven environments
- Strong cultural agility, stakeholder influence, and ability to thrive in dynamic contexts
