Operationalize a team of UX Managers, Consumer Engagement Executives/Management Trainees and Graphic Designers to optimize online path to purchase and post purchase journey in the region.
Brand Growth Models. This will involve Sizing/Pricing of existing portfolio + introduction of new products / segments, overall improving E-com communications to balance equity & CTA objective.
Requirements
Relevant Degree qualifications.
5+ years of online media and search experience, ideally associated with eCommerce, at a consumer brand and/or media agency; 7+ years of total work experience
Solid experience working on SEM, affiliates, re-targeting, managing accounts and performance directly and through specialized agencies.
Strong leadership skills, an energetic management style and well-developed coaching skills.
Strong analytical skills and logical thinking; ROI focus while able to test and learn fast.
Strong ownership, hands-on and good at dealing with ambiguity in a start-up like environment.
Excels at working with internal stakeholders and third parties/agencies responsible for program execution.
