Job Summary
This role will focus on strengthening the company's awareness and user engagement across ASEAN markets from a marketing perspective. The Officer will (i) localize and execute priority marketing activities (ii) establish a lightweight reporting and planning discipline (calendar, KPIs) (iii) support CRM-readiness by applying consistent leads intake and follow up and (iv) surface actionable market insights to inform future outreach and product priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
Regional marketing operations (Overall)
- Liaise with internal requesters and align objectives, audiences, key messages and Call-to-Actions (CTAs) for ASEAN-facing activities
- Own a regional planning calendar for email and campaign assets
- Coordinate with HQ Web Communications, social media and Design teams to adapt and publish content for ASEAN audiences
- Oversee execution milestones and ensure on-time delivery run pre-send QA (rendering, links, compliance) and after-action reviews
- Prepare monthly and quarterly summaries on performance and learnings recommend next tests and scaling options
- Devise marketing strategy, and participate at onsite related exhibitions and events in ASEAN
Editorial & localized content
- Draft or adapt short-form content (emails, microsite copy, social snippets) from HQ materials ensure one Primary CTA per asset.
- Coordinate translations/localization where applicable ensure links/landing pages are localized and functional.
- Curate visual assets with Design maintain a lightweight content library (templates, banners, CTAs, success stories).
Leads capture and nurturing
- Build and deploy tactics to capture leads across ASEAN programs and campaigns
- Manage leads nurturing and support their conversion into qualified opportunities for services
Analytics & market insight
- Conduct lightweight ASEAN Marketing relevant research to identify opportunity
- Maintain monthly KPI dashboards (funnel view: Awareness Action) with horizontal (by audience/market) and vertical (by campaign) insights.
Other duties
- Support colleagues and the Supervisor on related tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years in digital marketing/communications with hands-on execution across email, web and social experience running webinars or other online events.
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp) and analytics dashboards (e.g., GA4/Power BI/Excel).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM basic paid media coordination vendor/agency management in ASEAN.
- First-level university degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field
- Formal training with certifications from acknowledged institutions in one or more of the following: digital marketing, marketing analytics or international communications.
- Experience implementing a wide range of digital marketing activities and reporting data-driven mindset.
- Customer service orientation excellent communication and intercultural skills.
- Solid project management and attention to detail ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
- Willing to work flexibly and adapt to varying time zones to support global team collaboration.
