Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of Cross Border campaigns, including fulfilment of associated rewards, commission and incentive programs
- Communicate sales-related initiatives such as campaigns, challenges, and incentive programs to stakeholders
- Assist Head of ASEAN Banking Singapore with the following key deliverables:
- Drive initiatives and foster collaboration across CIMB ASEAN by generate, maintaining and disseminate leads using Group Commercial Banking Cross Border referral portal
- Lead and facilitate monthly Cross Border meetings, reviewing performance, lead conversion, and strategic initiatives
- Take minutes of meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups for inbound and outbound leads
- Together with Cross Border Lead, ideate, design and rollout programs including incentive program, value proposition bundle and third party referral schemes to drive Cross Border volume
- Build awareness and momentum for Cross Border programs by working with Channels and Partnerships team to develop EDMs, training sessions, and communications
- Engage and strengthen relationships with internal and external sales teams in CIMB's regional network
- Project management for Cross Border projects and initiatives: build Cross Border website, ASEAN/JS-SEZ chatbot and organise internal and external seminars and client events to support regional business growth
Business Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor Cross Border activity tracking and results and collecting feedback for continuous improvement
- Provide ad-hoc reporting support to the various Cross Border Champions as needed
- Oversee Cross Border leads management process : maintain list of access to regional cross border referral platform, set up process and turnaround time for lead management
- Prepare for monthly Cross Border deck for Group Commercial Banking Management Committee (GCBMC) and other forums as needed
Administrative & Operation
- Provide proactive administrative support to the Cross Border team
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve administrative and logistical matters
- Act as the team coordinator, supporting operational continuity, resource planning, and internal communications
Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong multi-tasking skills and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of commercial banking products/services would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess mindset of excellence service culture
