The Analysis & Solutions Engineering group is a global team dedicated to failure analysis and the development of innovative solutions to enhance HDD performance.
. Gain expertise in performing Drive Electrical and Mechanical Failure Analysis (FA) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of failures.
. Design and implement engineering solutions using established techniques, practices, and procedures.
. Develop HDD Failure Analysis platforms and data analysis tools using C/Python.
. Engage in web project development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
. Partner with the Global IT team to continuously improve the FA platform.
. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written English.
. Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently. Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges.
. Proficiency in C or Python programming.
. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, design, and debugging skills.
. Experience working in cross-functional teams.
. Data analysis and processing expertise.
. Fluent English communication skills.
