Role Description This is a full-time Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for voice bots, chatbots, and customer engagement platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training machine learning models, implementing and optimizing neural network architectures, and integrating Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities into production systems. The role involves collaborating with product managers, consultants, and software developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, as well as monitoring performance, conducting experiments, and continuously improving AI models. The AI Engineer will also contribute to documentation, code reviews, and best practices to ensure robust, maintainable, and secure systems.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and training machine learning models.
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), especially for conversational AI, chatbots, and voice bot applications.
- Experience with modern programming languages (such as Python, Java, or C++), machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn), and version control tools.
- Ability to design, test, and deploy AI services in production environments, preferably with cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
