Roles & Responsibility:
- Develop intelligent solutions using Agentic frameworks, LLMs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to deliver fast and scalable services across the organisation.
- Working closely with software / data science team to understand and solution requirements.
- Deploying and productionising ML models/GenAI models on company infrastructure
- MLOps: Maintaining and upkeep of existing AI models on company infrastructure, including monitoring for data drifts and hallucinations
- Contributing and researching on AI frameworks and AI-safety evaluations of domain-trained models. Stay up to date on AI developments and be able to introduce AI / GenAI solutions for existing processes as an AI subject matter expert.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards for AI, especially in context of financial services industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / computer engineering / data science or similar field, or equivalent experience / certifications
- At least 2 years working with deploying / productionising large-language models (LLMs). Fine-tuning / domain adaptation of LLMs is a plus
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python
- Experience in working with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) processes
- Experience in frameworks such as scikit-learn, pytorch, langchain or other machine-learning/agent frameworks
- Experience in working with Hugging Face, MLFlow or similar platforms
- Experience with Docker/containerization platforms
- Experience with shell scripting and Linux.
