Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer with strong experience in AI-driven applications to design, build, and scale intelligent systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work hands-on with LangChain, CrewAI, and modern AI tooling to develop autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, and production-ready AI workflows.

This role requires deep backend expertise in Python (FastAPI) and Golang, combined with frontend development using ReactJS, to deliver robust, user-friendly AI products.

Key Responsibilities

AI & LLM Development

• Design and implement LLM-powered applications using LangChain and CrewAI
• Build multi-agent systems, task orchestration, and autonomous workflows
• Develop RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
• Optimize prompt engineering, memory, tools, and agent performance
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and logging for AI outputs

Backend Development

• Build scalable APIs using Python (FastAPI)
• Develop high-performance backend services in Golang where low latency and concurrency are critical
• Design REST and async APIs for AI services and agent orchestration
• Handle authentication, authorization, rate-limiting, and security best practices
• Integrate databases (SQL & NoSQL) and vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant)
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable backend code

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, interactive UIs using ReactJS
• Build dashboards and interfaces for AI agents, chat systems, and workflows
• Integrate frontend applications with FastAPI and Golang services
• Manage application state, API calls, and error handling
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and clean UX for AI-driven features

System Architecture & DevOps

• Design end-to-end system architecture for AI products
• Containerize services using Docker
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Optimize system performance, cost, and scalability
• Implement observability (logging, tracing, metrics)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python with FastAPI
• Experience with LangChain and CrewAI
• Solid experience in ReactJS and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of Golang
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and async systems
• Hands-on experience with DevOps workflows
• Experience with Docker and cloud deployments
