We are looking for a highly versatile, hands-on Art Studio Manager to take charge of our studio's day-to-day operations and to deliver exceptional experience for our participants.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the studio - studio setup, inventory and support on-site events
- As an art educator- facilitate and provide light guidance in a small group setting for different levels of participation
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a warm, welcoming environment
- Event & sales management- manage event bookings, logistics
- Manage part-time crew and coordinate session logistics
You will Excel In This Role If You:
- Have a Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts, Design or related fields preferred but not required
- Have some years of experience as an art educator, teaching older students and adults
- Have some experience in F&B, exhibition/events management, or customer-facing roles with operational duties
- Are a people person - communicative, warm, friendly
- Have strong sense of responsibility, independent worker, and can take ownership of tasks
- Can commit to work over at least one weekend some evenings
