Art Instructor (Part Time)

Part-Time Art Instructors: (Weekends: Sundays only)

Rate: $20-$30/hr

.Working Hours:.

9:00am - 2:00pm - Children's Art Classes
3:00pm - 5:30pm - Art Jamming (Open Session)

.Responsibilities for Art Jamming:.

1. Conduct guided Art Jamming sessions

2. Prepare the studio before classes and ensure proper clean-up after each session

3. Provide clear tips and techniques for painting

4. Manage class timing and pace participants to complete their artwork within the session

5. Work confidently with both oil and acrylic paints

.Children's Art Classes:.

1. Teacher-to-student ratio: 1 instructor to 4 children

2. Guide children across various art mediums, including charcoal, acrylic, watercolour, gouache, oil pastels, and coloured pencils

3. Communicate effectively and professionally with parents regarding students progress and classes

.Requirements:.

1. Strong time management and organisational skills

2. Comfortable teaching and working with different age groups

3. Passion for art education and a patient, friendly teaching approach
