We're on the lookout for a hands-on, friendly, and organised individual to run daily studio operations, create special moments for guests, and bring new art ideas to life!

What You'll Do (Day-To-Day):

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the space - including guiding guest experience, resetting stations, clean-ups, and maintaining inventory.
• Manage staff and schedule planning.
• Lead and manage new experiences or product rollouts
• Monitor and report key metrics (guest satisfaction scores, inventory, sales)

Who You Are:

• A people person - friendly, service-oriented, and confident interacting with guests from all walks of life.
• Organised and responsible - you take pride in doing things right, keeping the space efficient, and ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
• A leader - empathetic yet firm, able to guide, motivate, and hold your team to high standards.
• Bonus: Previous experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles in F&B, retail, or attractions.
