Art Director
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with account teams and clients to co-create campaigns from ideation to execution
- Lead and drive brand development and creative direction across projects
- Be hands-on in crafting and designing key visuals, campaign assets, and presentations
- Translate ideas into strong visual executions with high attention to detail and aesthetics
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept to final delivery
- Mentor and guide designers while remaining hands-on in the work
- Maintain high standards across all creative output, including campaign visuals, decks, and executions
- Ensure all work is aligned with client briefs, brand positioning, and campaign objectives
- Stay updated on trends, culture, and visual directions to keep work fresh and relevant
- Contribute to business growth through strong creative thinking and execution
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 years of experience in advertising or creative agencies
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and hands-on design craft
- Ability to lead, but also execute independently when needed
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight timelines
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
- Self-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused
