Job Description
- Provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers in managing corporate client portfolios, covering account opening, KYC documentation, periodic reviews, and client information maintenance.
- Assist with the preparation, submission, and follow-up of credit applications, credit reviews, limit setups, and related internal approval and service delivery processes.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Operations, Risk Management, Compliance, and Finance to support smooth execution of client transactions.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing servicing by guiding corporate clients in the use of internet banking and digital channels.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for internal banking systems and internet banking platforms.
- Handle transaction processing and post-lending administration activities, including documentation tracking, covenant monitoring, and internal reporting.
- Prepare internal reports, management information, and client-facing materials, and support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, trade finance, or related financial services roles.
- Basic understanding of corporate banking products, credit processes, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well with internal stakeholders.
- Good command of English, with Mandarin proficiency preferred to support Chinese-speaking clients.
