Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across assigned stores in line with global brand guidelines.
- Implement seasonal floor sets, promotions, product launches, and new store openings.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate compliance, coach teams, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create compelling displays that reflect brand stories, local trends, and customer preferences.
- Train and guide store teams on VM standards, display techniques, and product presentation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Buying, and Operations to support seasonal campaigns and drive sales.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising (multi-store/regional experience preferred).
- Strong sense of creativity, design, and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple store projects.
