Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team and oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily cleaning activities across assigned sites.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Recruit, train, and mentor cleaning staff.
- Prepare work schedules, staff attendance and allocate manpower effectively.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Hands-on involvement during peak periods or emergencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior supervisory experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
