1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
2. 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fire protection, safety equipment, construction, or related industries.
3. Proven track record in managing a sales team and achieving regional targets.
4. Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Analytical, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
