Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for a designated region to achieve revenue and market share targets.

2. Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

3. Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B customers, including developers, contractors, factories, government agencies, and property management companies.

4. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor regional sales performance, analyze trends, prepare forecasts, and report to senior management.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis: Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to inform product strategy and pricing.

7. Project Oversight: Oversee regional projects, coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical support) to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.

8. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all regional sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

2. 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fire protection, safety equipment, construction, or related industries.

3. Proven track record in managing a sales team and achieving regional targets.

4. Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

5. Analytical, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

7. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
