- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon Fri, 8.30am 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance ($1000) + Mobile Allowance ($100) + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving sales performance and growing the company's presence in the region as a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager.
- Develops and implements sales plans to meet or exceed targets within the assigned territory
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and building strong relationships.
- Manages and supports existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Provides market feedback and customer insights to management to support product and business decisions.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

- Min 5 years of sales experience, ideally in safety equipment or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
