Area Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in Singapore, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, preparing commercial and technical proposals, negotiating contracts, and supporting the execution of the Transformers sales strategy.

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of sales/business development experience.
• Direct experience within the transformer industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market with established relationships across utilities, power, energy, EPC, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through proposal development, contract negotiation, and order closure.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.
