Missions:
Sales & Brand Strategy
- Deliver and exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure achievement of targets in line with set plans.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand in assigned markets.
- Contribute to defining development strategies for assigned markets.
- Support the launch of new collections and maintain a continuous flow of replenishments.
Customer Relationship & Business Development
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Partner with customers to identify growth potential and enhance brand presence in their stores.
Training & Marketing Support
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions for customers on the brand, product knowledge, and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to implement impactful marketing initiatives.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Ensure adequate assortment and stock levels at points of sale.
- Verify that Visual Merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and distribution strategy.
Reporting
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on store visits, customer feedback, sell-out performance, and stock analysis.
Who you are
- Master Degree in business administration or economics
- 5-years of experience in sales on-the-field
- Experience in eyewear is preferred fashion, luxury, cosmetics, FMCG environments are a plus
- Solid sales background with exposure to Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising execution
- Available to travel based on business needs up to 75%
- Excel and Power Point skills
