Primary Purpose of Role

  • Responsible for managing and growing strategic OEM Service and Distribution aftermarket within the Off-Highway market Marine, Construction, Material Handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth across project-based and transactional distribution industrial business
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, leading commercial and technical discussions with support from internal cross-functional teams
  • Provide accurate sales pipeline reporting and contribute to annual business planning and quarterly forecasting activities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support positioning of company products
  • Manage enquiries, quotations, contract negotiations, and project follow‑ups to ensure timely and effective execution

Competencies and Behaviors

  • Working knowledge of the Stationary Industrial Market, Gear Reducer and Power Transmission Industry. (Power Transmission product knowledge preferred)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales within the stationary power transmission, gear reducers, or related industry.
  • Possess technical aptitude, with the ability to interpret engineering documents.

  • Flexible and proactive, open to adapt and adopt changes for continuous improvement
  • Self-motivated, result oriented with ability to deliver on commitment Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamic is an advantage Fluent in both English and Chinese to effectively engage with customers

Travel Expectations

  • Regular travel required, estimated at approximately 50%.
