- Oversees the day-to-day work and operations of Outlets to ensure adherence to organization guidelines
- Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency
- Meet regularly with Outlet staff to provide critical feedback and encouragement
- Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions
- Setting standards and objectives for across Outlets
- Handle police cases
- Create and deliver reports on-going issues to HQ
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree qualification
- Similar work experience as Operations Manager/ Retail Managers
- Preferably with some jewellery knowledge but not necessary
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others
- Distinct communication skills, to include a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across different levels of an organization
