Function: Sales Manager (per jobsbank)
Core Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development Planning:
. Define and execute the brand's sales strategy within the region.
. Assist the General Manager in managing the P&L, setting sales targets, defining growth priorities, and developing resource plans.
. Develop and implement the brand's development plan, encompassing promotions, in-store execution, and other relevant initiatives.
. Conduct regular market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and address potential issues.
. Analyze brand performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
. Collaborate with the marketing team on brand marketing campaigns, visual design, and other related activities.
Customer Management (Sell-In):
. Implement business planning and conduct regular business reviews with customers.
. Discuss and align brand sales targets with customers.
. Collaborate with retailers to develop resource plans for events, promotions, Beauty Advisor allocation, and other related activities.
. Handle and resolve customer issues related to brand inventory, shipments, and other operational matters.
Field Management (Sell-Out):
. Supervise and monitor the field team (Retail Managers, BA or agencies) to ensure effective in-store execution.
. Track and analyze sell-out performance, productivity, and inventory KPIs.
. Guide the field team in gathering market, competitor, and consumer insights.
. Communicate and implement brand priorities and initiatives with the field team.
Team Management:
. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop commercial profiles
