Job Responsibilities:
. Develop and formulating organizational objective for setting up new opening of shops, developing its procedures to implement and execute key marketing strategies plan for achievement of its overall long-term organizational goals.
. Oversee multiple branches/ outlets to ensure consistent service standards and operational compliance.
. Lead and supervise supervisors, bakers and sales staff.
. Analyze and identifying the demographics of various areas for implementing new shop and suggesting strategies to counter the aggressive marketing of today's competitors.
. Collaborate with internal staff/ chief bakers for conceptualizing and creation of bakery or cakes.
. Create new ideas and continual improvement of sales plan in sustaining the company's sales target and market shares.
. Launch promotions periodically in sustenance marketing and other activities to increase company's sales.
. Plan and generate the costing/ pricing of bakery and cakes based on competitive analysis data to leverage the company's position in surpassing the competitors.
. Suggest new innovation/ technology to streamline the current process of workflow.
. Develop and establish SOPs for upcoming new shop(s).
. Maintain proper documentation, reporting and data tracking.
. Assist Human Resource in hiring, training, uphold sales teams customer service and scheduling manpower planning.
Job Requirements:
. SINGAPOREANS ONLY
. Min. 3-5 years of experience in leading and managing the shops island-wide.
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
. Passion in Food & Beverage service and committed to deliver high levels of service.
. Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Capable to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
. Flexibility to travel between outlets and work on weekends and public holidays.
