Job Purpose:
The Food & Beverage Area Manager will work directly with restaurant management to evaluate overall operations of restaurants. He/She will Provide assessments for each restaurant, while reviewing for efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in management of all restaurant operations for Singapore
- Collaborate with the Director to create realistic plans for assigned restaurants
- To train employees and handle guest complaints effectively.
- To analyze and improve the guest service experience in the restaurant outlets.
- Collaborate with training department for training plans for employees
- Monitor leadership development program for the department
- Ensures marketing programs are rolled out in time and properly executed
- Ensures restaurants are ready for inspection
- Ensures that guests receive top-quality food, beverage and service in a clean, friendly environment
- Tracks bonus program for the department
- Creates monthly reports for food costs, labor and maintenance
- Monitors food, beverage and labor costs
- Creates and implements action plans to control costs
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained in the outlets
- Carry out any other duties as per the Director / Group Head (F&B)
- Managing ERP related tasks and responsibilities as required in the role
Skills Experience Qualifications:
- 5 years of prior experiences in the Food and Beverage industry and in a similar role
- Resourceful and independent
- Fluent in English
- Maintains supportive relationships with all staffs.
- Demonstrates cooperation, teamwork, and flexibility to achieve company goals.
- Demonstrates effective organizational skills and work habits.
- Maintains a high standard of professional integrity.
- Possess leadership skills
- Performs well under pressure
