Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of approximately 7-10 bubble tea outlets, ensuring smooth operations and consistent service standards.
  • Lead manpower planning, includingscheduling, staff deployment and succession planning to meet operational needs.
  • Monitor and drive sales performance, profitability and key operational KPIs across assigned outlets.
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to develop, implement and improve operational policies, systems and processes to support business growth.
  • Ensure all outlets comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular outlet audits to assess operational excellence, cleanliness, product quality, customer service and compliance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance development for Store Managers and outlet employees to build a high-performing team.
  • Review outlet performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints relating to product quality, service standards and operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor outlet expenses, labour costs, inventory levels, stock variance and wastage to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyse sales trends and operational reports to identify business opportunities and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Support the launch of new outlets, promotional campaigns, seasonal products and operational initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment by motivating, engaging, and retaining high-performing employees.
  • Attend management meetings and provide operational updates, performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all outlets comply with workplace safety regulations, food hygiene standards and company policies.
  • Perform any other duties and projects assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of multi-outlet management experience in the F&B or beverage industry experience in a bubble tea chain is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve operational performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management, cost control and labour planning.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
