- Lead, coach, and motivate outlet managers and teams to achieve operational and customer service excellence
- Conduct regular outlet visits to verify compliance with company policies, operational standards, and quality controls
- Manage budgets, inventory levels, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
- Address customer feedback promptly by investigating issues and implementing effective resolutions to enhance satisfaction
