This role is based in Four Seasons APAC Corporate Office in Singapore, reporting to the Global Corporate Senior Director, Engineering Performance.
Summary:
The Area Director of Engineering Performance (ADEP) - APAC is a regional performance leadership role responsible for driving measurable outcomes in engineering, finance, asset reliability, and ESG across the APAC portfolio.
The role provides oversight, direction, and support for properties within the respective region. Working closely with the local property teams, the ADEP delivers on the established engineering, operational, and functional requirements and ESG goals.
The ADEP supports the Corporate Senior Director of Engineering Performance and the ESG team in developing engineering policies, procedures, and best practices, implementing new standards tailored to the specific region, managing and deploying new pilot initiatives, and providing guidance and oversight on residential reserve studies.
