Area Contract Logistics Warehouse Operations Manager

As an Area Warehouse Operations Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, your primary objective will be to oversee all operational activities across specified warehousing sites in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.

• Your primary objective will be to oversee all operational activities across specified warehousing sites in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders. The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:
  
• To ensure your site management teams deliver against their customer, site + people key performance indicators (KPI).
• To act as the Site Manager for locations within your scope as + when required.
• To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, operational excellence, + customer retention in collaboration with your center of excellence peers + teams.
• To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring all sites meet or exceed their productivity targets.
• To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new busines
