Architecutural Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate detailed architecturaldrawings.
• Liaise effectively with Site Engineers,Consultants, Architects, and Suppliers.
• Oversee all phases of the architectural process,from design to completion.
• Organise, document, and monitor architecturalcoordination, work progress, variation orders, and certification of completedworks for assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture froma recognised institution.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experiencein a related field.
• Proficient in BIM, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Able to work independently with minimalsupervision.
• Preferably available to start work on short notice.
• 5-day work week.
