Established A1 Main Contractor with a strong track record in delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects in Singapore. With a solid portfolio across commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and industrial developments, they are known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants. Due to on going project expansion, they are looking for an experienced Architecture Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Architectural team for large-scale building construction projects.
- Oversee architectural works from design development, coordination, authority submission, construction, to project completion.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical specifications.
- Ensure architectural works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and authorities requirements.
- Manage architectural interfacing and coordination with Structural, M&E, BIM, and site construction teams.
- Attend technical meetings, design coordination meetings, and site inspections.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of architectural works.
- Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
- Support tendering activities, value engineering, and construction planning where required.
- Lead and mentor architectural coordinators and site teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Building, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects with Main Contractors.
- large-scale commercial, mixed development, institutional, residential, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge in architectural detailing, construction methodology, authority requirements, and project coordination.
- Familiar with Singapore BCA regulations and construction standards.
- Experience in BIM coordination and project management will be an advantage.
