Architecture Designer

. Prepare of presentation materials, including collating necessary information, editing presentation materials / documents, composing computer graphics images and movies, coordinating with the desk top publishing team and finalizing the presentation materials.

. Collecting project-related information, including local statutory materials, architectural materials and local construction methods through web-researching, contacting with relevant suppliers, consultations and other parties.

. Familiar with computational design software and to be a part of the design development team that looks like new software technologies that may improve the design team's capabilities.

Engage & coordinate with project's stakeholders for design and permitting inputs to enable timely and quality deliverables.

. Prepare detailed construction documentation under the guidance of the Project Architect.

. Ensure that all in-house documentation is current and accurate.

. Developing design concepts into detailed design.

. Carry out authorities'consultation and submissions.

. Handle additional tasks as assigned
