ARCHITECTURE ASSISTANT

We are a licensed builder in Singapore and we undertake design-build of landed house & residential renovation projects. We are looking for a new teammate to join the 80 pax team as an architectural assistant.

The expected work scope include:

. Space planning for landed house projects

. Architectural design

. Prepare submission plans to authorities

. Deal with WD and comments from authorities

. Coordinate project phases of project requirements with other departments

. Keep changes and provide as-built

. Application of TOP & CSC
