Team Introduction
The Server Silicon Design and Application Team drives cutting-edge innovation by designing, developing, and producing CPUs for data center servers. With a combination of engineers, researchers, and specialists, the team focuses on creating chips that are high-performance, energy-efficient, and highly reliable, powering a wide range of electronic devices and systems.
Responsibilities
1Responsible for the system architecture design of SOC chips (including definition of SoC/CPU architecture and microarchitecture); responsible for the performance and power consumption optimization of model-based server systems.
2Responsible for architecture design space exploration, definition and evaluation of microarchitecture performance features; analyze Benchmark performance bottlenecks and conduct optimization based on platforms such as model/RTL/Silicon.
3Responsible for coordinating the verification team to complete the functional verification of chips.
4Responsible for promoting the overall project progress, coordinating the design, verification and backend teams; drive the project forward in accordance with the project plan to ensure on-schedule delivery.
Qualifications
1Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
2More than 5 years of experience in chip architecture and design, with in-depth knowledge of one or more SOC modules.
3Proficient in software programming skills (C/C++, Python) and familiar with Linux Kernel and system software.
4Familiar with common Benchmarks and performance analysis methods; candidates with hands-on experience in performance analysis and optimization are preferred.
5Familiarity with basic cloud products, big data and AI solutions is a plus.
6Diligent and responsible with excellent communication and learning abilities; strong English reading and writing skills and good team spirit.
