Responsibilities
- Assist Associates with the development of concept and schematic designs to meet project objectives and client requirements
- Coordinate submissions to authorities
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Architectural Technology and/or Diploma in Architecture issued by Polytechnics in Singapore
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Sketchup, and Microsoft Office
- Conceptualization and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and proposals
