Job Description

  • Co-ordinate all architectural drawings and works, materials and supervise work progress
  • Co-ordinate with Architect, Structural & M & E staff member to resolve any related problems and issues
  • Co-ordinate with supplier & sub-con and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards
  • Supervise a team of NTS & PRC workers
  • Conduct site inspection & site measurements & etc

Job Requirements

  • Familiar with BCA conquas/QM and quality control
  • Good knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements
  • Diploma in Architectural/Building with minimum 5 years experience in a private residential
  • R.T.O registered with IES
