Architectural Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or other related field
• Min 3 years of working experience in residential building projects
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
