Architectural Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate architectural works at the site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor work progress and workmanship quality in accordance with company quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members on architectural matters.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions related to architectural works.
• Ensure site safety practices are adhered to in collaboration with the project team.
• Maintain proper documentation, including inspection records and progress reports.
• Support project completion and handover activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in architectural finishing works will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of local building regulations and construction standards.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
