Ensure project designs comply with all statutory requirements to meet regulatory standards
Manage design development phases to align with project goals and client expectations
Execute tender procurement processes to secure qualified contractors and suppliers
Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
Coordinate procurement of statutory approvals for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) to facilitate project handover
Monitor defect rectification and oversee final certification to ensure project quality and completion
Collaborate with architects and consultants to plan, coordinate, report, and implement project management activities
Requirement
Degree in Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or Quantity Surveying recognized by relevant professional bodies or BCA
Minimum seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services for intermediate-level roles
Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work
Completion and passing of the Construction Safety Course for Project Managers conducted by Ministry of Manpower-approved agencies
