Architectural Manager

Job Summary

You will manage architectural works by coordinating with consultants and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and smooth project progress on large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all technical architectural requirements
• Perform routine inspections of architectural works to verify compliance with approved designs and specifications and to maintain project progress
• Lead and guide project teams to uphold architectural standards and quality throughout large-scale construction projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Building
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Architectural Manager on large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage teams effectively
