ARCHITECTURAL MANAGER

1. Possess at least diploma or degree in Construction Management.

2. Check and perform both 2D drafting work and BIM Model Quality.

3. Perform BIM clashes review, carry out BIM modelling works and prepare and distribute clashes report to facilitate coordination process.

4. Ability to do submission of Architectural drawings to government authorities, tender and construction drawings.

5. Assist the Architects to resolve any non-compliance issues.

6. To liaise and co-ordinate work with the Consultants and sub-consultants, government and statutory authorities.

7. Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
