Position/title: Architectural Manager (large scale & landmark projects)
Salary: SGD 7,000 - SGD 11,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural team to ensure smooth execution of architectural works in line with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of architectural designs.
- Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E, facade, and interior design trades to resolve interface issues and ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Identify, manage, and resolve design discrepancies, technical issues, and site challenges during construction.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and submission requirements (e.g. BCA, URA) and company standards.
- Support project management in reporting, documentation, and coordination meetings.
- Drive timely submission of materials, samples, and method statements in accordance with project schedules.
- Promote workplace safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all architectural works.
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least several years in a managerial role within a main contractor environment.
- Proven experience in managing architectural works for large-scale civil or iconic building projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local authority submission processes and construction practices in Singapore.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and coordination with structural and M&E systems.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
