Design Management: Oversee architectural design processes to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, for design approval and revisions. Manage the integration of architectural designs with other disciplines such as MEP and structural engineering.
Project Coordination: Lead the architectural team in planning and executing project deliverables. Ensure project adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Monitor design changes and manage their impact on cost, time, and quality.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior architects and design staff. Provide technical guidance and foster professional development within the team.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of design deliverables to maintain high standards. Implement and oversee quality control measures for all architectural outputs.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Present architectural proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders. Address client feedback and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture a Master's degree is an advantage.
Professional accreditation (e.g., Architect Registration) preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in architectural design and project management.
