Architectural Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural works from design coordination to project completion

• Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with design intent and authority requirements

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams

• Monitor progress, quality, and resolve site issues related to architectural works

• Ensure timely submission of shop drawings and materials

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or related discipline

• Relevant experience in building projects, preferably with main contractors

• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods

• Good leadership and coordination skills
