Interns will be exposed to both the Design thinking pedagogy of the practice, coupled with the on site experience on projects that are on site
intern's job scope / tasks:
1. In charge of making architectural models
2. In charge of formatting of presentation drawings.
3. In charge of taking down meeting minutes at Client / Consultant meetings.
4. Assist the principal architect in preparation of Presentation drawings.
5. In charge of liasing with suppliers and contractors on required submissions.
Interns will learn at the end of their internship:
1. To gain knowledge of an Architect's role in the industry
2. Through daily tasks, to learn through practicing specific softwares.
3. To gain knowledge of Building Codes and Authority requirements.
4. To shadow and take part in meetings with clients, suppliers and contractors, in order to understand the purpose of representation material.
5. To learn presentation skills by working closely with the principals to create appropriate presentation materials.
1. Interns should be currently pursuing the course of interior Architecture
2. Interns should be proficient in the following software:
a. Autocad
b. Photoshop
c. Sketchup (or other 3D modelling software)
d. Presentation software - Indesign, Keynote (optional)
3. Interns should have good model making skills.
4. Interns should have a commitment to learning
5. Interns should have an Independent and self motivated attitude
