We are an architectural firm established since 1991 and our firm is committed to the pursuit of design excellence, professional integrity and personalised service to our clients. We specialise in Architecture and Interior Design, across a broad range of both private and government sectors including Commercial, Residential, Civic & Institutional, Parks, Health Care and Nursing Care projects.

We are looking for a highly motivated Architectural Executive to join ourteam and support the delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare schematic design drawings, building plans, tender and all other necessary architectural drawings and documents
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Authorities on project execution and delivery
• Prepare submission drawings, forms and letters for Corenet submission to Authorities
• Work closely with Project Architects throughout design development and implementation stages to project completion
• Update, make amendments to drawings and perform site check when required
• Assist the Project Architects and to carry out duties and any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the office

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree/Master in Architecture
• Fresh graduates who have good design skill may be considered
• Proficient in AutoCad & BIM Revit
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Powerpoint, etc.
• Good understanding of local building regulations
• Pro-active and able to work as a team and independently
• Ability to multi-task, self-motivate with good time management skills
• Willing to learn and responsible with a positive work attitude
