Architectural Executive

Responsibilities:

. Knowledge of fundamental principles and practices of architecture, construction materials and methods, and building codes

. Research on materials, methods, and construction techniques

. Interpret design concept and translating them into workable solution and ensure design quality and authority compliance

. Conceptualize and present design proposal

. Assist and support Architect in executing multiple architectural projects

. Assist in tender drawings and material specifications

. Assist in liaising and coordinating with consultants and contractors

. Assist project Architect on site implementation.

Requirements:

. Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent, registrable with Board of Architects, Singapore

. Well-verse in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines

. Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture

. Completed BCA Academy's BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage

. Fluent in Vietnamese language is an advantage as you will be required to communicate and liaise with Vietnamese clients.
