Architectural Drafter & Visualizer

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drafting: Produce precise 2D architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction packages using AutoCAD or Revit.

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Transform 2D concepts into high-fidelity 3D models and photorealistic renderings for client presentations and marketing materials.

• Design Collaboration: Assist the design team in refining layouts, selecting materials, and ensuring all plans meet local building codes and zoning requirements.

• Construction Coordination: Update drawings based on site measurements and as-built conditions to ensure the field team has the most accurate data.

• Asset Management: Maintain a library of 3D assets (furniture, textures, lighting) to streamline the rendering workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Visualization Suite: Experience with rendering software such as Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or 3ds Max.

• Construction Knowledge: A solid understanding of residential/commercial construction methods, materials, and detailing.

• Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, moving from technical redlines to creative rendering tasks seamlessly.

• Education: A degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field.
