ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

. Develop and maintain CAD Drawings

. Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings

. Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from engineers

. Communicate effectively and work closely with the design team members of the individual's project assignment

. Responsible for receiving, registering, filing and distribution of documents for the detailed engineering section

. Develop computer-generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets

. Perform other related work duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor

Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software

. Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings

. Coordinate design revisions and updates with the project and engineering teams

. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards

. Provide technical guidance and support to junior drafters when required

. Conduct site visits and measurements for drafting and drawing verification purposes

. Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle

Job Requirements

. Proven experience in construction drafting or related field

. Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software

. Good understanding of construction methods, engineering concepts, and technical drawings

. Able to read and interpret construction and design plans accurately

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work

. Good communication and teamwork skills

. Associate's Degree, Diploma, or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
