Role Objective
To support the Project Team in preparing, revising and coordinating architectural drawings for landed residential projects, focusing on construction drawings and site coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
1. Drawing Preparation & Development
- Prepare architectural construction drawings based on approved design and consultant instructions.
- Develop detailed drawings for construction and coordination purposes.
- Revise drawings according to comments from Architect, PE and Project Team.
- Ensure drawings are properly dimensioned and coordinated.
2. Construction Drawing Coordination
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and M&E drawings.
- Ensure no clashes before issuance to site.
- Update drawings based on site requirements and approved revisions.
- Authority submission drawings are not under Main Contractor's scope.
3. Site Support & As-Built Preparation
- Provide drawing clarification and updates to site team when required.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions.
- Prepare and compile as-built drawings upon completion.
4. Document Control & Management
- Maintain proper filing and version control of drawings.
- Issue updated drawings to site team in a timely manner.
- Keep records of drawing revisions.
5. Quality & Accuracy Control
- Ensure drawings comply with approved design and consultant specifications.
- Check drawings carefully before issuance.
- Maintain high drafting standards and clarity.
6. Reporting & Team Support
- Report drawing progress to Project Manager.
- Assist Project Team in preparation of coordination drawings when required.
- Provide drafting support to ensure smooth project execution.
