Architectural Drafter

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and highquality technical drawings and 3D models for a variety of architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into precise construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details) using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.

Assist in the development and refinement of design concepts under the guidance of senior architects.

Generate 3D models and visualizations to support design presentations and client reviews.

Review and modify drawings based on team feedback and project requirements.

Maintain organized drawing files and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards, construction techniques, and building codes.

Keen attention to detail, with the ability to produce errorfree drawings within deadlines.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Candidates with Singapore project experience or relevant professional certifications will be given priority.
